Allow a user to persist a URL across multiple status updates.
Goal: Keeps the context across multiple updates that a usr might make better, if they are working on a site, article, streaming etc.
Could be done by automatically adding a 'sticky URL' checkbox (still opt in) when the user does a status update e.g..
