Feature: Extract status option from update text via hashtags

Goal: Make it quicker to update your status and update in one go without needing to use the status drop down menu.

• [ ] if a user makes an update of 'Dog walking #outside', reduce the status text to 'Dog walking' and apply the 'outside' status
• [ ] use the first hashtag for the status, ignore (but still strip out) the rest
• [ ] validate that it's a supported user selectable status (not offline) and warn/prevent form submission otherwise
