Peerigon - Sponsor needed for Coffee, Barista ☕️ ☕️ ☕️ 🍵 - 💰💰💰 #1784

Why Coffee?

Many people want to have a coffee, especially in the morning when the open space starts many people crave for a coffee. But also after lunch many like to grab a coffee.

How does it work?

Last year we had rented two coffee machines and cups from an external company. The coffee was prepared in two 10 liter "tanks", so we always had warm coffee. If the sponsor for the coffee has a demand for a higher quality coffee or service, the attendees will definitely appreciate it.

Additional Info

In 2023 Peerigon sponsored the coffee. And 2022. And 2019. And 2018. And 2017. And 2016. 😅

Peerigon would love to be coffee sponsor again this year 😍 ☕ And we will think about an alternative for the 10 l tanks. Can you already tell me, how the infrastructure in the new venue will be? Are there tables and e.g. cups on site or do we need to bring those, too?

For the organizational part: The main contact regarding events at Maiborn-Wolff is out of office until next week, so we have to wait until Monday for further information. What is known: "There is a fully equipped kitchen and I think there are enough coffee cups. But I don't know how they handle it with large external events."

@SS010 can you please update once you had the chance to check internally?

@Lisa-Giese New update: So the location has an open kitchen with a kitchen counter and enough tables at the central point of the event. But unfortunately there are not enough cups etc. for 100 people. So additional cups would be great. We will be at the location in mid-April to discuss further details with the sponsor. We can coordinate again afterwards if you want 🙂

Hi @SS010, we booked the barista and there are just a few questions regarding the location and the setup of the coffee bar.

If guess that's it for now, I will come back to you if there are more questions. Thanks a lot! I will be on vacation for the next two weeks, so my dear colleague @YvoSaLi will take over.

Thank you @SS010, that helps a lot! I will forward the information to the barista and confirm the setup time (Thursday 3 p.m with him). And yes, it would be great to have the contact information of the person in charge - just in case :)

@YvoSaLi Is it perhaps possible for the barista to come at 7 a.m. on Friday? Another short-term event will take place on Thursday evening. So if it's still possible Friday would now be better.

Hi Sina/@SS010. I just called the coffee provider and asked about the setup on Friday. They have to check with the barista who was booked for Friday. They will let me know, as soon as they have confirmation.

On that note: do you already have the contact information of the person in charge at the location? It would be great if I could forward it to the barista as well.

I already wrote to @SS010, but also a quick update here: the caterer confirmed the new setup time: Friday at 7 a.m.
