6 months ago alm is okay with this - who can check with jambit and is coordinating evening food? I suspect something like pizzas, which should be easy to split up into two invoices, right?

6 months ago @IObert since you mentioned "half of the evening food" - since we planned 800 €, I'd assume twilio would want to budget 400 € in total?
We're currently planning the different open tasks with multiple sponsors (we have a few bigger tasks where we merge multiple sponsors now). Using monetary values makes it a bit simpler to find appropriate catering... 😅

How does it work?
We need about 800,- (8,- pP)
Last time we asked some food companies for offers and had the sponsor confirm that amount up front. Once the food was delivered on the day the sponsor pulled out the credit card and made all attendees happy by enabling them to fill up their stomaches. And boy, they had been happier and their energy levels had been restored and they went on. Thanks in advance for supporting us.
