[ ] if drinks will be delivered Thursday, one of the orga team must be onsite, since MaibornWolff is busy
[ ] OR deliver the drinks before Thursday and sync with MaibornWolff

This is what we ordered last year - should we change something (more/less/different drinks)?

What we will do is then to use the same delivery service as last year and then coordinate with the hosts where to deliver one day before the event.
