[Meta] Is this merging into ESLint? #199

Is jscs-jsdoc getting merged into ESLint?

I have a couple of rules I want to write in a couple of months but I do not want to add them if they are just getting dropped by the transition.

The most close version for ~jsdoc~ eslint is https://github.com/gajus/eslint-plugin-jsdoc
