Should have support for copying .bashrc.local over as well. Possibly add a .bashrc.remote to automatically copy.

ssh_dotfiles.sh has significantly improved since opening this issue, but it still needs .bashrc.local/remote support

Closing because ssh_dotfiles is no longer useful
