Lower the memory requirement for node updates #221

Around 300 probes have less than 1 GB and we probably don't need that much - needs checking.

My testing shows that everything works fine with even just 50 MB. I'm going to set the limit at 400 MB to be safe, and add an additional disk space requirement.
