Credits farming, e.g. starting 500 probes with some super cheap hosting provider.
Lets add rules like limiting the number of probes from the same ASN (100) and same ASN+same city(10).
Maybe also a global probe limit per account, 200?
And of course the admin should be able to change all limits per user
