Add preferences option to override permissions

There is a feature I would like to have added to TheUnarchiver:

In the Preferences you can choose what modification date to use for the
created folder, I would like to be able to do the same for the access
privileges of the extracted files. Now all files get the permissions the
original files had when being zipped, I would like to choose to follow the
default permissions of the user unzipping the file instead (or a setting in the 
preferences to set the permissions the files get, like rw-rw-rw- instead of 
rw-r--r--).
