Clicking on the three dots, invokes a pane that says 'Report'
When you click over that pane/button, it turns Blue
But when you click on it, nothing happens
Maybe the 'Report' is registered in the back-end. But to the user, there is no acknowledgement. So a user is more likely to try again and/or not Report comments in the future (Thinking that the feature is not working, as there is no acknowledgement).
