Incoming Chat activity should trigger notifications.
Which means the Notifications page should have a fourth tab for "Chat".
When using Maven we use the Notification page to see if there has been activity to which we might want to react. Currently Chat-messages do not produce notifications so people would need to check the Chat page separately (which many people do not do regularly).
