Thank you @jsegaert. If I have some time I want to look at the plugins, looks like when the python3.7 -> 3.8 happened the plugins took a hit because it can't find them anymore.

Yes - all plugins are missing it seems. I was trying to get the label plugin and it's not there :).

Without looking closely, I think one of the issues there is the plugins were built against/for Py3.7 and this version of deluge is using python 3.8, so I need to go dig up where the plugins are on the deluge dev page and see if they've been updated to py3.8 and test them against this version of deluge. Been pretty busy lately but its on my to-do list :D
