archlinux packages added #711

I have added jsettlers to the Arch User Repository: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/jsettlers-git/

I have also added a package which downloads and extracts the settler 3 demo-data. It is optional. https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/settlers3-demo-data/

Maybe add a information about this to the readme?

If you have any idea, how to improve the PKGBUILD-scripts, tell me.

@aligator: Just create a PR with the changes for the Readme. Thx for creating this package.

I am not sure what you mean that I should write into the wiki.

At the moment I am the maintainer of the package. So if someone notices that it doesn't work anymore he/she can flag the package as out-of-date in the AUR. This is the standard procedure for the AUR.

And since this is a git-based package an update is only necessary if the build procedure changes. Everyone who installs the package from the AUR gets automatically the current git-master-version.
