http the web framework

Demonstrate how require("http") can be effectively used as a framework by combining it with small modules that do one thing well. Currently people still think I'm joking when I say "require('http') is my framework"

• Talk about the origins from npm-www and tako. How I saw other people building effective web apps without a framework and how it motivated me to do so.
• talk briefly about routil, an underscore style grab bag of http utilities I wrote. The motivations and why it turned out to be a bad idea.
• talk about various individual modules that were spawned. Discuss the freedom that you get from using modules vs a framework.
• give an example of what framework-less web code looks like.
• talk about the things we lose without frameworks.
