Participant become to Creator #1059

I think i found bug. Scenario (clean setup, nothing change):

  1. Two peers on one page. (Role status: Creator and Participant)
  2. One peer go to subpage and second join him by press Join button. (Role status: Creator and Participant)
  3. Again one peer go to another subpage and second peer join him by press Join button. (Role status: Creator and Creator)
