add section: Using Genrich with GNU Parallel

Thanks for the PR and your interest in Genrich. I have tested the suggested command extensively and found that it does not produce results that match the regular Genrich output. Furthermore, since calling peaks from a log file requires a fraction of the time required by a full analysis by Genrich -- less than a minute for a human sample -- I do not think this is an area in need of significant improvement.
