[Feature Request] Block by the tweets count

I got a attack from someone who already have dozen of accounts, so date filtering doesn't work. And I prefer to avoid to use follower numbers filter, because I feel it's a too much.

I'm glad if you consider to implement the filter option by tweets count.

Thanks for the suggestion. In the interests of keeping Block Together simple, I'm choosing not to implement this. It would be very easy for someone to make an account look "legit" by tweeting a bunch.
