Automatically unblock accounts once they become established

I recently created a new Twitter account after a period of abstinence.

Shortly afterwards I replied to someone who I believe was using blocktogether to block new accounts despite my reply being innocuous.

The effect of this feature is that people who are returning to Twitter or just getting started get tarred with the same brush as spambots.

Once a user gains enough followers or otherwise meets the original criteria for the block the block should be reversed.

Thanks. I'm open to a patch for this; I think the interval should be about a year.
