Block only advertisements? #250

I have developed a healthy block list of advertisers only. I do not get hate tweets or followers (at least, not yet) but, I cannot stand being advertised to. Seems like I spend half my time on Twitter blocking advertisers. Is there a special block list just for this that I can download?
