Suggestion: Create custom condition blocks for "followers of" or "mutuals of" etc

I've been targeted by dogpiling before and I'd like to be able to set a condition like:

Block followers of [account] with optional conditions:

• that I don't follow them
• that they're mutuals / not mutuals
• etc

Would be extremely effective at combating dogpiling/targeted harassment.

Since it's about nailing that incoming harassment reactively it'd need to be implemented off the user's stream:

• User performs an action that would generate a notification (a mention, tweet to or Like)
• Evaluate against conditions
• Block if condition match
