Translation, error fixes & consistency with STS #1669

Translated strings with missing localization; Fixed numerous errors (spelling, grammar, incorrect translations etc.); Made translations consistent with official localization from Steam Translation Server.

This PR was probably meant for tfedor/AugmentedSteam. You should delete it and make a new one for the correct fork/branch.

Cheers, I noticed that.. haven't used github much. So I appreciate the heads up. Mind having a look see if that https://github.com/tfedor/AugmentedSteam/pull/250 is the right place to submit that?
