[Request] Add tf2r profile to community links #493

TF2r is a good way to check rep if the user doesn't have any special information, just like steamgifts.

We've had discussions regarding these profile links. My feelings are as follows; the links should not be game specific. This is definitely game specific and even ignoring that, a very small portion of that game's userbase would be interested in the site.

The page shown for a user that has never used the site simply says 'Error'. We want sites that show useful information upon the user to be in the sidebar, no matter if they have logged into the site or not.

For these reasons, I don't think that TF2r has a place within the links.

We've discussed it in general and @jshackles has the final say, so I'll leave it open until he has voiced his opinion.

As @Smashman says, any site that is included in profile links must be able to handle any Steam user without giving an error message.
