[Bug] Idle master dose not detect Steam #112

From the latest update (few moments ago) idle master dose not seem to detect that Steam is running, making it useless :( I am running Windows 8.1 Before update Idle master worked just fine

Running Windows 10 here and having the same issue.

Note, as a fix for me, I right clicked the installer, ran as admin and it seemed to work :)
