Feature request: idle specific game #79

It would be nice to be able to manually specify a game that should be idled, for example for a new game where the card prices are still relatively high.

One way to do this would be to allow the user to specify a list of games that should be prioritized. That way you can add games from bundles too.

This is mostly resolved in the newest release (0.8) which allows you to prioritize idling cards based on the value of their trading cards. If you set this idling priority in your settings, it will determine which of your games have the highest value cards and idle those first.
