Simlink files break when copied onto Windows #53

On Windows, the files in the csh directory don't actually form valid links, which prevents DNSim scripts from running when submitted to the cluster. Solution: don't use Windows. I'm PC trash sorry

We don't know if the symlinks for the qmatjob_memlimit_XXX broke just by virtue of being downloaded to Windows, or if it was transferring them from a Windows filesystem to a Linux one on the cluster, but either way -- don't download the code on Windows if you intend to use it on the Linux cluster.
