splitting qc workflow into separate orchestrator and single subject workflows, allows easier deployment on a computing cluster
addition of argument parsing to several functions
updated support for bids-matlab and derivative filenaming convention
updated QC reporting allowing for session information and session browsing

Still requires a dedicated test suite! But merging for now...
