PARTIAL: Generate "About" page from project source #28

Reference the project's README.md file to generate the website's "About" page. This commit should be applied before deploying the website for the next release of JSHint.

Merged to master at commit fce4c46172922ae97d8e3efcec8d46919aae3d30 (almost a year ago, now!)
