added lifespan to the user cookie. Timespan is restarted every request #109

I think this might be the smallest PR so far, but this only required two lines of change. If you want to test it I think it is easier for you to change the timespan to 1 minute. Since it is currently at 15 minutes you would have to wait 15 minutes to see if it logs you out or not.
