Transfers view

Create View for the Transfers feature, using the following description:

Displaying Orders or Procurements (change with tab)

In Order tab:

• Visualizing the content of the Order table (with status filter)

In Procurement:

• Visualizing the content of the Procurement table (with status, vendor filters)
• Creating new procurement from known vendor and with known item
• Creating new procurement from a new vendor: use vendor creation modal before processing procurement
• Creating new procurement for a new item: use material creation modal before processing procurement
