Transfer view #67

Transfer view partially done. Have to fix a bug for the filter for the procurement tab when its on desktop version. Works fine in mobile version. Need to add some CSS to make it look pretty and all

I removed the place order button. The view should work perfectly in mobile view. However, i have a bug when its in regular view. The procurement tab's filter doesn't get updated with the vendor info and the add procurement button. I will fix it soon to have it be like the mobile version. Check the mobile version and tell me if that's what you wanted me to fix. Also added some cute css (things are centered now)

yes that is the right behavior, nice! Let me know when the modal for the Add Procurement is added and the bug is fixed
