added entities (added/updated) in the database (order, procurement, bike, part, material, payment, user)
added data filter to inventory view (all, bike, material, part) and transfer view (procurement, order) *
entities are displayed on inventory view (all, bike, material, part) and on transfer view (procurement, order)*

The date filter layout has to be fixed

*couldn't modify accounting view because hasnt been merged yet

Closes #66

TimeStamps seem to be using data from the wrong timezone?

Also, for User Management, there are no headers above the 2 timestamps!

It is not stored with timezones. It's always the UTC time

OK, thanks for telling me, I think headers should be added at least.

@kmarsolais actually, I just read the doc and we should probably use time zones. didn't really want to change it but I guess it's worth it

I mostly mentioned that because i thought it was weird that it was showing me the future.
