Update functionality results in 'Trouble Connecting' message #22

I'm using Blue Iris 4. The in-application 'Check for update' button results in a 'Trouble Connecting' error.

I have the same BI version (albeit x64) running natively on Windows 10 on another machine, and the correct behaviour should be a popup saying 'Your software is up-to-date'.
