update executable to Blue Iris 5 #8

This fixes an install issue, however after the initial install, it gets stuck in a loop. If you restart the container it works fine.

I'm not familiar enough with this environment to debug the initial loop, but this should solve some of the installation issues now that it looks like BI has upgraded to version 5.
