Updated to use the new watchdog.sh system #16

I updated this image to use the new watchdog.sh I tested if everything works and can say, on my side no problems so far.

Thanks a lot for the pull request. I haven't been able to keep up with binhex's changes, so I haven't been updating this. I'll have to go through line by line to check this, but at first glance, it looks good.

I finally got around to updating this container and adding wireguard support. Thanks for the contribution and push to get that work done. Unfortunately I had to start from scratch, so I didn't incorporate your commits. Wish I could have figured that out so you got credit. Sorry about that.
