Hi !

I fixed the error error: target not found: python2-decorator in the build process.

and I also changed the install.sh script to automatically download the latest release of nzbget from github and a Docker-Compose example was added to the readme

Thanks for the contribution and sorry for the delay. Do you mind getting rid of this commit d82e03f84eeaae9b22839cbd7646bec7401aaf2f and bumping the version environmental variable and then I'll merge in. I prefer to have explicit control over what's downloaded for reproducibility.

I reverted the commit and updated to version 21.1
