Missing readme on npmjs site #146

Wasn't sure where to leave this. Sorry if it's in the wrong place. Your page on:

https://www.npmjs.com/package/cookie

seems to be missing a readme. I was obviously able to visit your github page to find the information but just in case you weren't aware and it matters I thought I'd let you know.

Thanks for such a useful package by the way :)

Hi, and thanks for the report. Your link is showing the content for the readme, so I'm not sure what I'm looking for. Can you elaborate more on what is missing, exactly?
