Behavior in Chrome for Windows: (not tested, but I don't think it keeps 
crash dumps on disk forever)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Chrome for a few weeks

What is the expected result?
~/Library/Breakpad/Chrome_Mac contains recent crash dumps from the 
current version and maybe 
the one before that

What happens instead?
~/Library/Breakpad/Chrome_Mac suffers from a neo-classical Elizabethan 
buildup of crash dumps
