huawei u8800 update failed #125

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.i tried to update huawei u8800 to U8800pro,Android 4.0,V100R001C00B926
and update failed.
2.i restart device and it is not working 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no display

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ver 2.2.1

The instructions clearly state you must install 2.3 first.
