fine volume control app not working #129

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.system is having trouble in deciding volume controller when fine volume 
control application is installed which i bought from play store

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i think sound API has been modified and ot crashes. I used to use it with my 
gingerbread properly.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.08 aurora ICS

Please provide any addition
Fine volume control is an eloborated sound control app that allows you tune tye 
sound in 100 different levels instead of 15.
