Auto-Rotation doesn't work in Desktop/Homescreen #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable Auto Rotation in Display Settings
2. Go back to Desktop/Homescreen
3. Place/Rotate your phone horizontally

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Desktop should rotate

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Aurora 2.02

Please provide any additional information below.
It worked in earlier builds tho (probably v1.7 or v1.8)

I think that might be a framework-res tweak..only if i could producer a noon 
buggy compiled framework-res, i might fix this.

I think the problem is that it expects google's sensor fusion based orientation 
sensor and that doesn't get enabled because we don't have a gyroscope. Probably 
the same reason the compass doesn't work in google maps.

I think it's a launcher problem. Try using Nova launcher. It has rotation 
functionality (though you have to switch it on manually under Settings > 
Behavior)
