What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.After flashing, no incoming volume except when loudspeakers are on

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Able to hear without turning the loudspeaker on. Not able to hear without 
turning the loudspeaker on

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.1a U8800
