Red frame around the edges of screen while using ES Explorer and photo gallery

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using ES File Explorer app
2. browsing photos in the gallery
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
While using ES File Explorer app, each touch to the screen occurs a red frame 
blip around the edges of the screen.
Same thing happens while browsing photos in the gallery but much rarely.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Aurora 4.1

Solved! I found that this was happening because of my wrong selection:

Under Settings> developer options > User Interface > I have had ticked "Strict 
mode enabled". There is an explanation under this option which made me 
understand my fault: "Flash screen when apps do long operations on main thread".

Solution: Simply unticked this option and blipping frames gone :)
