Sometimes it won't activate wifi #14

I'm doing very basic steps for that issue.
1. clicking wireless button from power widget or power notification widget
2. wait for 30+ mins and nothing

It only says "turning wifi on". If you want I can provide logcat too

Eliminate the isue with enabling wifi and then rebooting the phone. the phone 
starts with wifi enabled.
