VSync is OFF. #141

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 - Very bad quality of view in all videos because VSync is off.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 - VSync must be ON.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 - latest Aurora 4.1+update

Please provide any additional information below.
 - I need info how to switch VSync ON.
