What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open gtalk
2.voice chat with any online user
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should work like how it works in stock roms. but now a noisy sound is coming
from both the side.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
aurora5.0_experimental by DZO update 16

Please provide any additional information below.

This.

Looks like there's almost no developer activity on the issue tracker...
actually I don't wonder because 90% of the bug reports here seem to be pure
shit that would give a headache to any dev :D

How to reproduce:
1. Establish a Google voice or video chat with any contact. (This concerns both
the Google Talk app and the Google+ Hangout feature.)
2. When the voice chat starts the recipient's device will start to produce an
annoying staccato like noise. The speed and pitch of the sound is also faster
and higher. (Please see/hear/bear the attached mp3.)

I have tested this with two U8800s and numerous devices on the recipient's end
(Macs, PCs, iOS devices and Nexus devices)

I can confirm that this has been an issue with Aurora v4 update 1a and v5
update 20. Others I have not tested but most likely they have this issue too.

Thank you.
