What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a camera app
2. Take a photo (used nightmode)
3. Press Power button to lock phone from running camera app
4. Swipe right to go back to running camera
The framerate on the swipe often drops to 1 fps. When the phone unlocks at last
the camera is just usable 3-4 times to unlock, after that the UI of a camera
all is malfunctioning. The camera button scrolls with artifacts in around 1 fps
at the screen and only a reboot will make the camera work again - no restart of
the camera app(s).
This is 5.0 update 16 and tested with Camera, Camera ICS+, Camera Zoom FX
When you exit a camera app via the home button the problem of locking up at the
lockscreen does not appear that often, however breaking UI appears still
sometimes. I had the lockup also by using Flipboard today. I also had an issue
with "Could not connect to camera".
