Setting app issues #20

First thanks your work on U8800 ics rom. 
I find a bug at use the software. At Setting application menu, developer 
options, background process limit option, after you choose other options except 
the default one, then reboot the device, the option go back to default.
Hope you can fix it , thanks!

That's not a persistent option and never has been. I don't think people should 
be using this, android kills background processes when necessary.
