What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install and setup SIP client
2. make/receive call via SIP client

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want use SIP VoIP. Can not use SIP VoIP over WiFi. I don't test SIP VoIP over
mobile data.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I test CSipSimple, SipDroid, integrated VoIP in ICS, Linphone Video
I use roms Aurora 1.12a, 2.02 and 2.04. Allways full wipe (factory reset, user
data, cache, Dalwik cache)

Please provide any additional information below.
All SIP clients registers to the VoIP server. All SIP client can make/receive
calls. But voice is not transfered. CSipSimple transfered 22MB via WiFi after a
few seconds (rom Aurora 2.04) and voice not transfered.
Only Linphone Video is working but sound quality is very bad.

True, confirmed as well Using Aurora 3.1 and last update 3, no sound, mute.
I think the problem may be in the boot (boot & recovery, "image") reflected the
same problem for CM9 and IMU, in my testing)

I report problem with VoIP SIP two months ago. I have good information today.

All SIP VoIP program works now. I tested internal VoIP in ICS, CSipSimple,
Linphone Video, IMSDroid. I try use 3G, EDGE and WiFi. All works.
But I don't known why it is working now. I made more changes from last tests. I
install Aurora 3.1 with update5, change SIM (another provider with data plan -
switch mobile data on) and install some applications.

VoIP SIP still is not ideal. There is long delay of voice data (only in one
direction - direction to Aurora mobile phone is delayed). But I think, this is
not problem of Aurora. I noticed problem with delay also on another mobile (HTC
Sensation with original rom).
IMSDroid has smaller delay then other tested VoIP applications and better sound
quality when I use slou network (EDGE).
