reboot when screen is turn off #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
When the screen is turn off, my u8800 reboot. (every time when screen off)
u8800 aurora ics 2.0

gps reboot too. (in google maps)
all the other things work fine.

I have the same issue. In addition to that mine reboots in the middle/end of 
conversations through 2G/3G networks.

can you post a crash dump:

su
cat /dev/block/mmcblk0p7 > /sdcard/crash.txt

Same problem, but only when WiFi is on and connected.

Seems like I also found similar one with latest:
Aurora ICS 4.0.4 for u8800 - Version 3.1

I didn't wipe since 2.11a Update1 -> Version 3.0_beta2 + kernel 
3.0_beta2_update2 ->
Version 3.1

I noticed that i press any key but phone is keeps black out. Before the 
problem, i connected Wifi and browsing some Chinese Weibo, during that time, it 
became lagging and i quit...
